We have had lots of changes in the neighborhood – we had to say goodbye to some neighbors and we are welcoming others!

For those new neighbors, please reach out so we can get you a welcome packet with information on the HOA and ENP program as well as add you to our Facebook page and neighborhood directory.

Expanded Neighborhood Police Patrol (ENP) security program
offered by the Dallas Police Department

Residents of Windsor Park formed WPHA DALLAS ENP, INC. to administer our ENP security patrol program available to residents of Windsor Park, Brookshire Park and Lane Park. Members are residents who have paid annual membership fees to WPHA DALLAS ENP, INC. to cover the cost for Dallas Police Department expanded patrol service. This patrol service (ENP) is not included in the annual dues for Windsor Park Homeowners Association (HOA), which dues are used for the beautification and upkeep of our neighborhood.

ENP is a security patrol program provided under contract with the Dallas Police Department employing uniformed and armed off-duty Dallas police officers to patrol our neighborhoods in official DPD patrol cars. Special 2025 Holiday Season Notice:
Help us make this holiday season very special for our Dallas Police officers who have served us so well this year to make our neighborhoods safer for all of us. We hope you will join your fellow neighbors in making a volunteer donation to our Holiday Patrol Surge Campaign so that we can add additional patrol hours during this holiday season and provide a Holiday Gratuity to our Dallas Police officers who have served us so well this year.

2026 Membership Dues:
To renew your memberhip for 2025 in our ENP (for WP and BP ENP members) and in our HOA (for WP residents) or join if not already a member, please return your payment and your current contact information to the address on your respective form - Windsor Park or Brookshire Park. Alternatively you may use the convenience of a credit card below.
